1. KK (Spend & Win) – Syok yourself with Sofy Cooling Fresh Contest will run on Facebook from 1st September 2020 @ 9.00AM to 15th September 2020 @ 11.59PM.

2. This contest is open to all legal Malaysia residents.
a. Participants under 18 years old must have parental/guardian approval before joining the contest.
b. Parent/guardian of the entrants must read and consent to these terms and conditions prior approval.

3. Employees of KK SUPERMART & SUPERSTORE SDN. BHD. are not eligible to participate in this contest.

4. Contest Guidelines:

Step 1: Buy 1 *Sofy Cooling Fresh sanitary pad in a single receipt.
Step 2: Like & Share the contest post
Step 3: Snap the receipt and comment at the promotion Facebook post.
Step 4: Stand a chance to win RM10 KK voucher.
Step 5: 50 winners will be chosen randomly.

5. Only participants who fulfill the contest mechanism will requirement be eligible to win the prizes.

6. FIFTY (50) lucky winners will be chosen only.

7. Each winner is entitled to ONE (1) KK SUPER MART RM10 Cash voucher

8. Winners are chosen randomly, thus KK’s decision is final. No complaints and correspondence will be entertained.

9. FIFTY (50) winners name will be announced and notified through KK’s social media (Facebook) by September or October 2020.

10. Prizes are not exchangeable for cash or transferable to others, and cannot be substitute to any other items.

11. If prizes are unavailable, KK SUPER MART (KK) reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize with equal value without prior notice.

12. KK is neither responsible nor liable for any problems and/or damages associated with the prizes after handling it to the winners.

14. Prize Redemption

a. Winners are required to collect their prizes in person or send a representative to collect on their behalf with a photocopy of winner’s NRIC (Front and back).

b. Winners/Representatives are required to collect the prize at KK SUPERMART & SUPERSTORE SDN. BHD.’s headquarters, Wisma KK.

ii. Office Hour: Monday – Friday, 0900AM – 0500PM (Lunch time: 0100PM – 0200PM)

c. If winners do not respond after SEVEN (7) days from the date of notification, KK reserves the right to forfeit the prize.

d. If winners do not collect their prize within TWO (2) weeks of time from the date of notification, KK reserves the right to forfeit the prize.

e. Winners are required to participate in photography session as materials for KK’s promotional purposes.

15. Participant agree to the use of his/her personal details (including the participant’s name, email address, photos etc.).

16. Participant shall be solely and fully borne to any cost or expenses, directly or indirectly incurred.

17. KK reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend prizes, mechanics, terms and conditions, and other aspects of the contest without any prior notice.
