What is a KK App Loyalty Programme?

The KK App Loyalty Programme is a scheme specially designed in appreciation of our loyal customers. The Loyalty Programme Mobile App creates a seamless and convenient experience for our customers in which customers are allowed to collect points while making purchases in our stores and subsequently, gaining rewards from the points earned. The Loyalty Programme also provides access to members exclusive privileges and deals.

All you have to do is download the mobile app and sign up by completing the standard personal details. Once completed, you’re ready to enjoy the full benefits and privilege as a member!

It can be used in any KK SUPER MART outlet in Malaysia only.

Unfortunately, only one membership is allowed per individual.

Members can collect points by making purchase in any KK SUPER MART outlet in Malaysia. All you have to do is to show the QR Code in your KK Apps to our cashier counter when making payment. Every ringgit spent is equivalent to 1 point (RM1 = 1 KKoin).

Are all the products available in KK SUPER MART entitled for points collection?

All products are entitled for points collection except:

  • Tobacco
  • Reloads of mobile phone prepaid, game point, bill payments and other services
  • Any items redeemed via points, vouchers or coupons
  • Free gifts

Take-away plastic bags at the counter

Once you have successfully signed up as a member of the KK App Loyalty Programme, you will be able to start collecting points in any KK SUPER MART outlet in Malaysia.

Points collected can be used to redeem Reward/Voucher via the Mobile App. Click “Redeem Now” button on the Reward/Voucher that you wish to redeem. After successful redemption, the Reward/Voucher will be available within 24 hours under “Voucher Earned” Page. You may then proceed to any participating KK App outlets to redeem the reward/voucher, subjected to Terms & Conditions as stipulated on each reward/voucher.

All records of successful redemption will be displayed under the “Transaction History” page in the KK App.

Yes, points collected must be redeemed within two (1) years from the end of the month in which the points were earned, on a first in first out basis. For example, points collected on 10th November 2021 will expire on 30th November 2022.

 

Unfortunately, points are not exchangeable for cash.

 

Members also get to enjoy the following reward:

  • Additional Sign Up reward upon completing full profile – RM 3 Cash Voucher (Limited offer only)
  • Referral code rewards when invite friends
  • Others members’ exclusive offers and rewards

*This excludes tobacco, reloads of mobile phone prepaid, game point, bill payments and other services, as well as take-away plastic bags at the counter.

No, points collected are not transferable among members.

 

No. QR Code in KK App must be presented to cashier while making purchase in order to be entitled for points collection. Failure to do so, points will not be awarded for that particular purchase

No. Only one coupon is allowed in one transaction.

Item redeemed via coupon is not entitled for points collection. But members will still be able to collect points for other items purchased in the same transaction.

Points collected will take up to 24 hours to be reflected in the account. Otherwise, kindly inform us via the feedback page in the mobile app.

You may still earn points by showing your Member QR Code to our cashier for scanning. Take note that it will not reflect to your device immediately until the system is back to normal to update your current points.

Yes, you can login to different devices with your account but it will be sharing the same points as your other devices.
