1,000 jobs await Malaysians

HomEGROWN convenience chain store KK Super Mart has joined forces with the Human Resources Ministry to offer 1,000 jobs for Malaysians nationwide.

This is to meet the rising demand for relevant expertise at its stores.

KK Super Mart has developed its in-house training centre with experienced trainers and is recognised by the Human Resource Development Fund (HRDF) and Skills Development Department.

KK Super Mart Training Centre provides training to all employees and supervisors to ensure that they are able to provide the best customer service and solutions to customers and the company.

The company provides theoretical and practical training to employees.

KK Group of Companies founder and executive chairman Datuk Seri Dr KK Chai said the company welcomed enthusiastic and hardworking individuals who wanted to build a long-term career and join the growing team at KK Super Mart stores nationwide.

He said individuals with disabilities were also welcome to apply.

Dr Chai recently met Human Resources Minister Datuk Seri M. Saravanan to discuss a collaboration in order to curb the rising unemployment rate in Malaysia due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

Saravanan said unemployed Malaysians must be prepared for changes and take up available jobs.

He said there were enough jobs available even if two million Malaysians lost their jobs, as the nation currently had more than two million foreign workers.
